Our commitment

We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines across the entire site, including readable typography, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard-navigable interfaces, and screen-reader compatible markup.

What's in place

• Keyboard navigation across all interactive elements (Tab, Enter, Space, Arrow keys, Escape).
• Image alt text on every product photo and brand asset.
• Visible focus states and skip-to-content links.
• Respect for the user's prefers-reduced-motion setting — animations are minimised.
• Semantic HTML throughout — proper headings, lists, buttons, landmarks.
• Colour contrast that meets or exceeds AA on body text.

Ongoing work

Accessibility is never finished. We're currently working on:

• Improved aria-live announcements for cart and wishlist actions.
• Better screen-reader transcripts for video content.
• High-contrast mode review.

We aim to respond within 5 business days and fix substantive issues within 30 days.
