Care Guide

Everyday

• Wipe dust with a soft dry cloth.
• Store in the dust bag provided — handles up, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Avoid contact with water, perfume, hand cream, oils.
• Keep light-coloured leather away from denim and dark printed paper — pigments can transfer.

Smooth calf (Chocolate · Black · Cream)

• Condition occasionally with a neutral leather balm — apply with a soft cloth, test on the base first.
• Marks: dab with a slightly damp cloth, never rub. Let it air-dry naturally.
• The leather will soften and pick up a patina with use — this is the craft, not damage.

Suede (Chocolate)

• Use only the suede brush provided in the box. Brush gently in one direction to lift the nap.
• Do not use water.
• Apply the included protector spray before first use and re-apply seasonally.
• For stubborn marks: brush firmly with the rougher side of the brush, or a clean pencil eraser.

Hardware

Buff the zip slider and end-stops occasionally with a soft cloth. Avoid jewellery cleaner — the gold-tone or palladium finish does not need it.

Lining

The Alcantara® cream microfibre interior can be wiped with a dry cloth. Avoid liquids.

The serial

Each Lungo has a unique serial inside (format L26-NNNN) — it matches the authenticity card included in the box. Keep the card for your records and for any future repair claim.
